Nandana (“paradise” in ancient Sanskrit) is a large, newly-completed luxury compound comprised of six individual buildings on a secluded beach. Like the A-listers, VIPs, and others wishing a total luxury escape from the world’s relentless view, you and your party have it all to your- selves. There are no other guests, no paparazzi.

Creatively built of all natural materials in the style of an Asian beach house, the floors, walls and ceilings of imported Burmese teak and nat- ural stone fireplaces are showcased by its tropical surroundings. Lighting specifically designed to artistically highlight the estate’s many dramatic features complements its many distinctive design elements.

The stunning main villa, with its soaring 40′ ceilings housing the liv- ing areas, dining room, kitchen, bar and wine room, is surrounded by five richly-appointed, free standing, air-conditioned bedroom suites, all of which open onto the glistening infinity pool, its waters quietly descend- ing over the edge to the sand beach below. On a canal is the exquisite 2,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned safari tent with separate bedroom, bath, and living area. The tent and all suites come with remote-controlled flat screen satellite and cable TV, iPod docking stations and stereo and more.

As for ways to spend your time besides relaxing with a good read around the pool, you can unwind in the outdoor Jacuzzi, work off a few pounds in the well-equipped gym, make an appointment with the private masseuse, try your luck on the 50′ deep sea fishing yacht, jet skiing, and snorkeling. Ashore you can explore the landscape on all-terrain vehicles, bicycles or test your skills on the volleyball court. A new 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course is just minutes away and your concierge can arrange optional adventures such as private air charters to neighboring islands, picnics on deserted island beaches, world-class bone fishing, scuba, swimming with dolphins, shark diving, casino nights and more.

Located 65 miles off the South Florida coast, you can get to Nandana by yacht, helicopter or private or commercial jet.
